CPS named key partner in implementing the World Health Organization’s (WHO) High 5s Project, Medication Reconciliation Standard Operating Protocol

The High 5s Project was launched by WHO in 2006 to address major concerns about patient safety around the world. The Project’s name derives from the original intent to significantly reduce the frequency of five patient safety problems, in five countries, over five years. A letter addressed to Dr. Kazandjian, Senior Vice President of the Maryland Hospital Association and President of the Center for Performance Sciences (CPS), announces the designation as key partners in this important initiative. More information about the Project can be found at https://www.high5s.org/bin/view/Main/WebHome or by contacting us.
